Roller skiing doesn't require prior snow experience, but once you know the basics it will make your first on snow experience much easier.
It is essential to learn the basics of Rollerskiing before attempting your first time on skis. We teach you both Freestyle & Classic technique so you can find out what way suits you best.
Hire equipment is provided to all our classes & clinics.
You can also “try before you buy" at our clinics. This is a great way to ensure the equipment is best suitable for your needs.

Learn to walk the Nordic Way!
Nordic walking combines regular walking with specially designed walking poles resulting in a full body exercise for all ages.
Nordic walking can be used for recreational walking, rehabilitation and cross training for athletes.
Depending on your fitness level and terrain you walk on no other outdoor exercises has a greater impact on health and fitness.
Walk around the block, local park, bush trails or use the poles on your next Himalaya trekking or Kakoda expedition.
We use Nordic walking very effective in post injury management, weight loss and balance training.
To start Nordic walking we recommend to book a one on one training session prior to your first walk with us.
It is important to learn the technique correctly so you can get the full benefit of using Nordic walking poles.
You can join our scheduled walks without prior training but we don’t coach while we walk.
Nordic walking poles hire is included in our walks, this is also a good way to find the best suitable pole for you. ( Try before you buy)
