FREE EVENT
Hill bounding is an high intensity form of fitness training using poles and technique to simulate cross country skiing on dry land.
Used by the best skiers in the world it increases cardiovascular fitness and improves explosive power.
Ideal for cross training for endurance sports like running, cylcling, triathlon,..
Base fitness required, Hire poles available.
Training is on hilly terrain, bring water and shoes suitable for exercise
