SKI Fitness - Dry land fitness program, our ski fit program is designed to help you prepare for your upcoming ski holiday. Cross country skiing ,Roller ski,Alpine skiing or Snow boarding our exercises will help you to improve balance, coordination and endurance.

ONLINE Coaching - If you can’t attend our classes in person than this option might be suitable for you. We offer online coaching programs for fitness & Roller skiing.
A tailored program will be designed for your specific needs and current ability. We use video analysis and other tools to help us fast track your technique on skis and in the gym.
